A strong DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) mission within the workplace is one of the essential pillars for business success and employee wellness.
This learning path contains all the lessons a manager, HR manager or DEI advocate needs to amplify their diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI)
journey from idea to action.

Each lesson contains a video of +/-20 minutes with bite sizeable actions. This course is a 10-week training for intermediate advocates who want to boost and train their DEI muscle. Learn directly from +20 international experts on everything relating to how to boost diversity in your organization, attracting & retaining diverse talent, and so much more!

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

*better understand why DEI needs to be a part of the DNA of your environment
*recognize your unconcious biases and how you can mitigate these biases in the workplace
*boost DEI in your environment
*to use DEI to attract & retain diverse talent
